Key principles

Parental consent & age verification

Accounts for users under 13 require verified parental consent. Parents control which tools are enabled, set usage limits, and can review activity through the Parent Dashboard at any time.

Strict content prohibitions

We strictly forbid violent, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content — including any material that endangers minors. Scams, misinformation, and restricted goods are also prohibited across all AI tools.

Age-appropriate allowances

Educational themes with mature elements may be permitted when clearly labeled and age-appropriate. Filters automatically adjust strictness based on the user's age group.

No training on children's data

We do not use children's prompts, outputs, or personal data to train our AI models. Enterprise and family plans include additional contractual guarantees on data isolation.

Enforcement and review process

Revolutionary AI for kids must come with the highest standards of safety embedded from day one. Our dedicated Trust & Safety team ensures content stays appropriate and data stays protected.

Automated moderation

Appeal process

Parents and account holders can appeal moderation decisions by emailing safety@sammyslab.com with details of the flagged content and reasoning. Appeals are reviewed by a separate moderator when possible.
